We the Free Sovereign People of Earth declare, that we who have long been subjugated by deception, coercion and brute force by illegitimate governments known as political-states, do hereby claim our sovereignty and our freedom. Since sovereignty is a product of the free will, it is given by nature to individual human beings only, it does not belong to the state or any other entity. Therefore we now declare the establishment a Universal Government of Human Rights.

Building the Institutions of Freedom

We, the free sovereign individuals, set out as pioneers to found new countries, new governments, new civilizations, to realize that condition in which human beings were created to live. One in which all people are free to do anything they want, as long as it doesn't interfere with anyone else's right to the same freedom. Just as all organisms must live in an environment to which they are suited, since humans are born with a free will; which is the basis of sovereignty, so too must the human mind live in an environment where reason instead of force is the way to solve problems and mutual respect for each individual's rights is the universal law. where governments are organized by consent and not by coercion. For all of those who have been subjugated, oppressed and robbed by the tyranny of the state and are yearning to breath free, we are here to lead the way.

Legitimate government

The foundation of any legitimate government is the consent of the individuals who are proportionally represented in that government that exists to protect and defend the rights of those individuals.

Human rights are based on the self evident fact that a human being owns oneself and has the right to live free from intrusion into one's private life, that an individual has a free will and conscience and therefore has the right to consent to any authority or organization one is willing to join, for this reason, the individual is sovereign. Therefore, all human rights are based upon this inherent sovereignty.

The Human Liberation Alliance is dedicated to educating people, protesting injustice and liberating humanity from the tyranny of political-states. We seek to work together with all other freedom minded individuals and groups to find the best solutions to establishing a environment of freedom and protecting universal human rights predicated on the sovereignty of the individual. To develop workable models for free, libercratic, polycentric, proportionally representitive governments that function within the free enterprise system without taxes or imposed regulation, they must have open borders and effectively settle disputes between different jurisdictions in a system that secures freedom, human rights and peace.
